Given the nature of our items (graded slabs and sealed trading card game products), we typically do not accept returns or issue refunds as we take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products.

To uphold the highest standards, we strongly encourage customers to inspect their purchases thoroughly, especially during in-person deliveries. This proactive measure allows any concerns or discrepancies to be addressed immediately.

In the rare event that a return is necessary, we offer a 3-day window from the date of receipt to initiate the process. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please also be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including all sealed items such as booster boxes and packs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know on the spot (for in-person deliveries) or contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.
